When will I get my order?
We try to ship everything on the next business day, and Australia post takes between 2-5 business days to mail a parcel around Australia.
But because we're not a super huge multi-national brand, we can't always ship stuff next day. Sometimes it might take 1-2 days to get it out in the mail. So please don't get mad at us! We just have other stuff going on that gets in the way, sometimes.
Rest assured, your package will get mailed out as soon as it possibly can.
I just pre-ordered something, when will that get shipped?
We ship pre-orders out before anything else gets mailed. Usually, we'll ship it on the day the product drops. Sometimes we might even mail it a little bit before the announcement, if we can.
Basically, you can expect your parcel to arrive within about a week of the drop date.
What is your returns policy?
We're not jerks. We're happy to accept returns. The rules are:
- Contact us before you send your order back. That way we know what's up and can make sure we can swap stuff over
- Please return stuff in unworn, re-sellable condition. So no stains or blood or anything. For a cap, it's got to have the stickers intact.
- If you made a mistake on your order (ie. you ordered the wrong size), you gotta pay for the shipping. I know it sucks, but it's just the way it's gotta be!
- We're happy to refund the purchase price of an item (minus shipping) if we don't have what you want in stock.
Do you ship worldwide?
We're happy to ship anywhere that Australia Post will let us. If your country isn't on the option list, contact us and we'll hook it up.
While we do our best to help you out avoiding customs by filling out all accompanying documentation accurately, we are not responsible for any duties or customs charges that you may encounter in your travels. Check out your country's customs department to find out whats up.
What payment methods do you accept?
Through our online store, we accept Credit Card, Debit Card (i.e. Visa Debit Card) and Paypal for payments.
We can also accept bank transfers, and are happy to send stuff via Australia Post Cash on Delivery. Contact us if you want to use either of those methods.
What I want isn't in stock. When will it be back in stock?
All of our product is only printed or manufactured once. Once it's sold out, it won't be available again.
Next time get in quicker!
There is some weird error when I try to add something to the cart or pay for everything.
Don't stress!
Sometime the store goes bananas, depending on your computer, web browser, and your settings.
So if you are struggling to make an order, contact us and let us know what you want, and you can pay it direct to our paypal account.
If that sounds too hard, don't stress, cause it's real easy. We can explain any of it to you... just ask!
